Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Send Edition ("Send Edition", "we", "us" or "our"). UGC System is a product operated by Send Edition. These terms cover ugcsystem.app, the UGC Pitch Finder (pitch.ugcsystem.app), the UGC Portfolio Builder (portfolio.ugcsystem.app), the Video Studio (studio.ugcsystem.app) and UGC System Pro (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Services do

UGC System helps UGC creators turn a brand into a pitch, a content plan, a script, a shot list and a client-ready deliverable. The UGC Pitch Finder generates brand research, outreach messages and video concepts from the details you enter. The UGC Portfolio Builder creates a public portfolio page. UGC System Pro is in build and isn't available yet.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at sara@sendedition.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you enter or upload, including brand details, clips, images and text ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only to run the Services for you, including showing your portfolio page publicly at the link you choose. We don't use Your Content to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.

4. Generated outputs

Pitches, research, scripts and concepts the Services generate are yours to use. They're created with AI, so review and edit them before you send them to a brand, and check any facts about a brand yourself. We don't promise that a pitch will win work or that a brand will reply.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• impersonate a person or business, or misrepresent your work;
• upload content you don't have the rights to;
• post unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit material;
• interfere with the Services, access another person's account, or copy or resell the Services.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Free tools, Pro and payment

The Pitch Finder and Portfolio Builder are free to use. UGC System Pro will be a paid plan. Pricing is announced at launch, and you'll see the price and billing terms before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

You can cancel Pro any time, and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires one.

7. Our content

The Services, including the software, design and brand, belong to Send Edition. You may use them while these terms apply to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop parts of the Services. We'll give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing sara@sendedition.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Services, including that they'll be error-free or that generated outputs will be accurate or fit a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, and any dispute about them or the Services will be handled in the courts of Utah.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for major changes, tell you by email or in the Services.
